Retirement

Stone Horse Inn offers a comprehensive horse care plan designed to meet the needs of every horse for their entire retirement years.
Stone Horse Inn Retirement Services include:

• Individual custom feed program
• Complete healthcare program (annual veterinary exam, all vaccines, rotational worming, dental and farrier)
• Individual matted, roomy stalls
• Daily turnout (weather permitting) with compatable stablemates in secure, fenced pastures with heated, automatic watering troughs and run-in sheds.
• 24 hour monitored care
• Daily, routine check ups and basic grooming
• Personal fly masks, waterproof sheets and grooming tools provided

Lay-Up

Stone Horse Inn offers full veterinary lay-up, working closely with veterinary hospitals and veterinarians for complete, follow-up care.

Conveniently located near Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, Stone Horse Inn Equine Retirement and Care facility’s totally fenced, 150 acre farm is a quiet atmosphere, designed for the care and safety of your horse.
